I am a Bondi local looking for accommodation as my current share is moving out of Sydney. I require a suitable place first week Oct, long term ideally but would look at shorter term. Either a share accom ie a room to rent, a studio/one bedroom or sublet. I am a quiet non smoker, clean, responsible, single woman in my forties. Needs to be in Bondi as I work locally.
