Bondi’s got plenty of weed at the moment. Yup, fresh batch. Nah, not talking about those dutch-ovens bellowing out of camper-vans in the parking lot, the stuff that comes from the ocean. Great big piles of it, mixed in with plenty of rubbish (Council ain’t doing their regular clean-ups it seems). Not a pretty sight. Pat on the back to those doing an unpromoted clean up this morning at low tide.
It’s been a good week of surfing but sadly this morning didn’t have much on offer. The 7:30am low tide drained the beach and withdrew it’s swell. Dribbles. As the tide came back in there was a the odd rideable chunk.
Nice, cool, sunny weekend ahead. NW winds and small waves.
Oh, we’re open all weekend, 10am to 6pm, business as usual in the Aquabumps Gallery – just not letting huge crowds in all at once.
