We are having the best run of good weather at the moment. Seeing is August, peak winter, it’s not bad having 8 days in a row above 20 degrees. Yesterday it hit 25 degrees, and yep, 25 degrees once again today. Too good to be true. Let’s just hope that big fat high pressure system hangs around for a few more days.
The waves are tiny but the wonder bank is still breaking. I saw waves around 1-1.78 foot this morning. You will need a large craft as you’ll sink on our shortboard. Dangerous as hell out there too! 5 per wave, 12 foot mals swinging around like chopper blades.
