Large cloud mass hovering above Ben Buckler

change

The waves today are about as bad as waves get. Onshore, 1 foot and overcast. I didn’t see anything that vaguely resembled a rideable wave.

Didn’t really have much to work with this morning, so I threw in some old gold to distract you from this morning’s onshore mush.

The early morning south easterly winds will only get stronger into the day reaching a maximum of 23 knots by nightfall. Quite an interesting sunrise with all this change in weather.

Tomorrow will continue to be onshore, but at least the waves will pick up. (3-4 foot at Bondi). South swell should be decent for the next 4-5 days, but the wind doesn’t look favourable. (onshore)

Collapsible Surfboard

Sick of travelling with bulky boards? Can’t fit them in those little taxis. Check out the collapsible board designed by Nick Notara, a student designer at UNSW.

With a little more engineering you could add sections based on the waves of the moment.

    Right on, Nick!
