Every person that owns a surf craft in the eastern suburbs paddled out at Bondi Beach this morning.
The crowds were big but well spaced apart – don’t worry. Everyone had a smile as they welcomed a real spring day.
The waves are tiny and suit swimming, longboarding, or if you’re learning.
I know you don’t need encouragement – but today you must peel yourself away from work to find some time for an invigorating swim. I won’t lie – it’s cold in.
If you’re coming down to the beach – just remember – stay apart for Rona’s sake.
