Every morning I peer through my blinds hoping that just the right amount of cloud will be in the correct position to light up above Bondi. Today it was on. Amazing colours to greet this fine day. Still after 16 years of Bondi sunrises I get stoked to wake up to this! Even though the waves were tiny it was a sensational morning to be down the beach. I hope you were down there to witness the colour spray. Remember these days for when you pop into the Aquabumps Gallery and think “Does it really get that colourful down at Bondi?”.
You know you’ve made it when The BEAST are writing about you. Thanks for the flood of stirring emails… Those creepy Hutton Bros. put out a very good local publication though.

love your photos. What camera and settings do you use?
Absolutely stunning thanks Uge – wasn’t up that early to enjoy!
‘Whippy big wave stance’ hahahaha more like ‘Mr Whippy Pooh Man’ 😉
Uge.
Great write up in The Beast mate, thoroughly deserved.
Catch up again one day soon – hopefully when your surfing back over here in WA.
Keep well mate.
