The anticipated swell that every one’s torkin’ about is starting to trickle in. Wasn’t there when I shot between 7am and 8am at Bondi – nope…but the early morning high tide was hindering its grunt. A patient man will score today, as the ENE swell increases in period/size later and should be fun – winds will however go onshore around lunchtime (SE 10/15 knots) – so could be a little junkie. Exposed beaches facing the ENE (i.e. not bondi) will put on some good little 3 footers tomorrow and the winds look favourable NE. Weekends shaping up just nice as planned – smaller than expected…I didn’t really get any quality shots today – even for 1 hour of sitting on the shores. So these let’s take you back to some southern pacific gold.
