Aquabumps is synonymous with aerial photography. Early in the 2000s, Eugene Tan (:: uge), the photographer behind Aquabumps was itchy for a new angle on an old subject – Bondi. He’s shot every possible angle from the land and the water and was hunting something new. The idea was born to hang out the side of a helicopter, welding a long lens, to document his favourite beach, Bondi. The images become a signature and Eugene travelled the world, hiring helicopters and documenting the most famous European beaches in the height of Summer.
All our artworks are handcrafted in Bondi, made to order, one by one.
