There’s plenty to go around this morning. A solid ESE swell with 10.5 second gaps is feeding Sydney with the goods. Flanked with an optimal NW offshore breeze you should really stop reading boring email and head somewhere with a few decent banks. Bondi was around 4-5 foot; BUT we’re not blessed by the shape Gods today…most waves closing out straight OR a few nice face bumps that’ll surely buck you off.
The swell peaks at 10am today, then enters decline mode. Tomorrow will be smaller around 3 foot and SW winds (south change tonight). Still surfable all weekend, just nothing special. Great weather today – max 22. 19 tomorrow and partly cloudy.

No, we’re not talking crystal meth, rather the North Bondi Surf Club party being held on 25th August at 7pm. Entry 20 bucks, please RSVP info@painttech.com.au. All for a good cause – proceeds going to the Morgan Mellish Memorial Fund. (AFR journalist which fell victim to the Garuda Plane Crash disaster this year).

That little 25 square metres of pictorial heaven is open all weekend 10am to 4pm. Got quick a bit of new stuff, good stuff, some stuff that has been shot on film that you haven’t seen on the website – take this bad boy below for example – Bondi Turbulent Skies, shot on Medium format panoramic 6×17 – all praise the Velvia celluloid.
