You can always tell it’s going to be a very busy morning at Bondi when the carpark queue extends up around the roundabout into Campbell Parade BEFORE 5:45 a.m!
I saw tourists thinking, “What on earth is happening here so early!”.
Bondi is unique in that it gets some warm weather, and it cranks. It busts open at the seams. People in every nook and crannie doing some form of activity followed by a hit of java to celebrate the sunrise.
Little waves from the north swell, winds NW then NE so good surfaces at Bondi just small. Other eastern exposed beaches will be a foot or two bigger.
It will be very warm today, 34 degrees, due to some very hot desert air flooding in from the centre. Unfortunately, once this hot air mass moves on, it will shower us with rain for the weekend. It will be a great weekend to get your Christmas shopping done, I don’t think you will be on the beach.
Shopping someone say? Well, I would like to introduce you to my latest book celebrating 25 years. It’s awesome. Order online
