You name it, if it’s happened in Bondi we’ve been a part of it – or we’ve created activations to amplify the brand’s stories to both our beach-loving community and theirs. We’ve also worked extensively with tourism partners on both stills and video content, and integrated the content through our channels to create brand campaigns for them.

Bespoke Photographic Tours with Eugene Tan
We have partnered with Sunglass Hut for bespoke sunrise & sunset tours. We’ve also hosted an intimate group from Deloitte for an off-site, which included a workshop and gallery tour. Later this year will be facilitating a large corporate group from overseas on a bespoke photographic tour from Bronte to Bondi and back to our showroom in Bondi.

VIP clients from VISA were taken on a bespoke private tour on the coastal walk from Bronte Beach to our Bondi gallery – workshopping on how to take phone photography, discussing the best tips and tricks with light, and how to capture surf shots.

In support of the Irish Female soccer players paying in the FIFA world cup – Carlsberg 0% beer created a sand castle activation on Bondi Beach with a message to their soccer fans. We created video content that rolled out across their socials and was amplified globally, along with stills for media and digital.

We collaborated with Land Rover Defender to celebrate their 75th Anniversary. A bespoke shoot in regional NSW, video content, and an event at the Promenade Restaurant in Bondi for key staff and media. This partnership included a speaking role and custom prints of the hero image gifted to all guests. All content was seeded across our Aquabumps channels, Blog and Socials.

A surf hat with Project Blank – made of 100% recycled materials. We’re passionate about the sun but we’re also passionate about protecting our skin while we’re in the water. This little collab sold out within a few weeks.

The infamous Christian Louboutin celebrated their new line of beach to bar footwear and accessories with a pop-up in Bondi. We produced both stills and video content to share across our platforms – as well as created a limited edition piece of art to be sold at the pop-up store.

We worked closely with the school on an exhibition of our Northern Territory work – to help raise money for their indigenous program at Scots. All artworks were auctioned off and a total of 18 boys received scholarships – an incredible opportunity for an amazing education, something we are very proud to be a part of.

From humble beginnings to an incredible global luxury brand – we partnered with Zimmermann with a range of Aquabumps images appearing on their Spring/Summer collection for 2023/24, which was sold globally throughout their stores and e-commerce store. A favourite partnership for Deb, who has loved the brand since its inception.
Lululemon X Aquabumps
March 2022
To celebrate the biggest super Lululemon store in the Southern Hemisphere – Uge shot the Lulu team practicing yoga on Bondi Beach from a helicopter, followed by a breakfast at our Bondi Gallery. A limited run of T-shirts created with the image were gifted to their first 100 customers to purchase in the new Bondi Junction store.

Nothing like a huge octopus-like rift landing on Bondi Beach – a content partnership for Season 4 of the hit Neflix show ‘Stranger Things’. We shot stills and video that was shared across our platform and for press internationally.

A celebration of Australian Summer across all the AVW portfolio we created a series of wine coolers that came as a gift with purchase with all wine purchased over the summer period. A highly successful partnership that has since been rolled out internationally to their Asian markets.

Cape Mentelle X Aquabumps

A content piece for both Cape Mentelle & us – taking Uge back to his childhood stomping ground in Margaret River to shoot both the area from above and Cape Mentelle to tell the history of this family business. This content was integrated across our channels and formed a huge campaign piece for Cape Mentelle’s celebration of their 50th Birthday. This was also celebrated at a sit-down dinner at the North Bondi Surf Club and Uge’s work creating an exhibition ‘Explore Your Horizon’ around the sit-down lunch.
This partnership also extended to a promotion over Christmas – seeing us package up the Cape Mentelle wine to give away with Aquabumps fine art purchases over November – January. Two finely crafted brands celebrating quality and craftsmanship.

Sunglass Hut X Aquabumps

Bespoke sunrise and sunset shooting tours with Uge in Bondi and a breakfast and evening event held at our Bondi Gallery was one of the most successful promotions they have run.
This also came off the back of a huge wall decal that rolled out across Sunglass Hut stores internationally of a wave Uge shot in Hawaii. A showstopper for retail and their eyewear collection made for the summer.
Dropbox X Dion Lee X Aquabumps
April 2018
A huge creative undertaking of shooting the Australian Ballet dancers underwater – to tell the story of Dropbox paper, an online collaborative portal. Dion Lee designed the costumes that the dancers wore and we shot them underwater in a blackened Sydney Olympic Pool. The best of Uge’s work from the shoot formed an exhibition at our Bondi Gallery with 50% of the profits donated to the Australian Ballet – in our support of the Arts. Still one of our favourite brand partnerships to date.
Telco X Aquabumps
We’ve worked extensively with Samsung phones and most recently Google pixel – with both video content seeded across our platforms and the brands, also blowing up our images taken on the phone large format along the walls of Sydney train stations.
Speedo X Aquabumps
November 2017
Aquabumps for Speedo was an 8-year collab of boardies and swimsuits sold throughout Speedo stores in Australia and New Zealand. This staple collection was anticipated yearly over spring/summer alongside our first-ever Bondi Book.

An intimate event at Icebergs restaurant to launch a Hydration range for Clinique and host an intimate dinner with Jane Lauder – we wrapped the venue in underwater images as huge decals, hosted the event with Clinique, launched the product through our channels and gifted all guests with a bespoke underwater image (editors and key media).

Canon X Aquabumps X Icebergs
June 2013
Canon Master for Canon for 12 years. Over this time, we ran bespoke underwater photography sessions; sunrise shoots with tips and tricks and product info alongside our fine art pieces in the Aquabumps Gallery. We also pulled off our most extensive activation by lining the Icebergs pool with an Amalfi print printed on Canon printers, a pop-up bar with Santa Vittoria bespoke bottles, and an Italian exhibition on the south end of the deck.
Land Rover x Aquabumps

the Road to the pro & New Zealand. This content series supporting Land Rovers affiliation with The WSL and as the vehicle to adventure in to the breathtaking island of New Zealand was a partnership that ran for many years.
Westfield X Aquabumps
We have done many of these across Sydney – showcasing both our local and international work and bringing life to shopping centres across the country. At Westfield Bondi we ran a promotion where every shopper who brought a gift card over the months of November and December received a small foam mount Aquabumps print as a value add – and this was hugely successful for the centre.
Building Wraps
We LOVE big format. We have used some of our images in large format as building wraps in the city – to make something eye catching and beautiful of a development site.
Randwick Cancer Ward X Aquabumps
Large format wallpaper for the cancer ward in Sydney – still one of our favourite executions, bringing light and positivity to a space that can be confronting and hard for patients. A moment to escape – which is what Aquabumps is all about.
