You can feel the change coming. The southerlies were in early and rain is due tonight. After a week of sunny beach weather, this week is looking quite grey.
Tamarama was full of fish at sunrise, and all the surfers were called out of the water by the Drone Shark App Spotters. Four sharks were feeding on fish in the bay (Hammer, White and 2 x Grey Nurse). I saw the Lifeguards hoon around on the ski trying to scare ’em off/investigate. Apparently, the footage will be on tonight’s news. Shark talk is prolific after a shark attack at Nambucca Heads yesterday.
Waves – well I was down there for 30 minutes and didn’t see any humans standing upright on surfboards. The NE swell is just not at Bondi – and I reckon you’ve got better things to do today than chase 1 footers at NE exposed beaches. Nail the Christmas Shopping.
