Maeva to Moorea.
This mind-blowing aquatic paradise is a short 30-minute ferry ride from the Tahitian capital of Papeete. The colours are crazy. You’d really like it here. The water is warm, clear, and ultra inviting. The vibe extremely mellow. The scenery is truly amazing with huge volcanic peaks towering over the beaches.
It’s only a small island, you can easily zip around it…there is only one road!
Surf? Sure does but it takes a bit of work to get out to the reefs – I’ve opted swimming with rays and sharks instead. Good for kids. I’m staying at the Hilton and the groms are busy watching sharks via a glass bottom hotel room all night.
