There were no waves today. Nuttin’. Zip. Zero. So I left the postcode and went all the way to Coogee and back through Bronte. After surveying the local beaches, I can definitely say Coogee was the busiest at 6:30 a.m. – wow – even busier than Bondi, but not a ‘Friday’ Bondi—our Friday’s are just nuts.
It was a buzz all the way to Wylie’s Baths. The promenade was full, and everyone was enjoying the water conditions. Barely any wind, making it very comfortable to have coffee on the grass. This time of year is epic; get up early to enjoy it.
