It was a comfortable, warm Bondi morning with neat little waves. The waves were bigger in the pool last night though! Only 1-2 foot around here at dawn.
It’s a maximum of 25 degrees today, and it’s perfectly sunny as I write. A swim after work is definitely on the cards.
It’s a strange feeling packing the boards into the car at 7 p.m., heading west on the highway to Homebush (UrbnSurf Sydney Wave Pool). Last night, the lucky groms competed in an inter-school surf competition judged by video playbacks. It’s an interesting concept. Foreign, but fun.
