Fridays are always very busy, but 30-degree Fridays are simply hectic. The city is empty as our workforce works from the lounge or beach. The lineup, cafes, swim squads, and outdoor gyms were overflowing at sunrise. It’s going to be like a summer’s day.
The waves looked super fun, head-high sets – just too many crew to even think about paddling out!
I muffed up today, shot all morning from the sky, and got some beauties. You’ll have to take my word for it because the missing micro SD card is somewhere between the beach, home, and studio. Find it, and there’s a 10 million dollar reward. Some of my best work on that SD! Haha.
The ocean buoys off Tassie registered an 18-metre swell passing by yesterday. Read that again: 18 metres! That has got to be a record, and imagine when it broke on Tassie – it would rival Nazare.
