The swell is now more from the East, so beaches facing that way will be more fun. A early morning drive to Da Bra found a little fun shorey around 2 foot. The 6 a.m. high tide made waves fat, but it may not be better on the low tide – as it’s pretty weak and tiny swell.
There’s a gang of talent grom shred lords at Maroubra, too. I’ve shot and surfed with their Dad’s, and it’s great to see the next wave of talent come through. (By the way, I’m not that old, I think I started Aquab when I was 10).
NE winds will pick up as the day progresses. What a great day! Warm and sunny -typical spring conditions.
