It’s currently 28 degrees and about to skyrocket to 36. The weather people have now declared an official El Niño year with dry and hot conditions to follow.
The beach has been filling up since 5:30 am this morning, and I’m not just talking Bondi – all the beaches around here at mega-activity. The water is very chilly with hooooowwling northerlies (upwelling).
Whilst Bondi was tiny, neglecting the new wind swell origin, around the corner had more size but still closing out a helluva lot. South change will hit later tonight and everything will cool down.
Posts will be a little sporadic for the next two weeks as I have some work overseas…you’ll see.
