Well…where do I start?
The weekend was full of rogue south swell. What an action packed weekend! So much going on. 10 footers were a common sight.
I thought it was quite hard to find surfable waves though. I didn’t search too hard, but it was maxing out, everywhere. Yesterday I thought it settle down…so I paddled out to surf South Bondi and copped a flogging. Cool fun, wasn’t it? Where did you surf?
Today, it’s all back to 2-foot calmness. I’m happy to report there is a new sand bank set up at Bondi and it’s good. Big chunks of the beach have been eaten away and put in good places for surfers.
Oh…there is ANOTHER big swell coming this Thursday. Probably 8 foot plus, again.
