This is quite possibly the earliest Aquabumps Daily Update in 14 years. Some days it takes me 4-6 hours to do one single update (shoot + write + upload + chat + spread across all social channels). Today I thought I’d challenge myself…30 minutes to shoot (including travel time on the pushie) and 30 minutes to write and upload. This is what I’ve come up with – lucky the light was exquisite and you could basically point a camera in any direction and score something.
The waves are lacking though, knee to waist high…I think the best waves of the day are depicted here. Considering the swell charts forecasted flatness today – anything that you can ride is a bonus.
Tomorrow the swell will come up, flanked with rain. Enjoy today!
Tomorrow night I open my Aquabumps exhibition in Melbourne. If you live down there, you’re welcome to come to the opening night or pop in and check it out over the next few weeks. It’s at the Eleven40 Gallery, 1140 Malvern Road, Malvern, VIC 3144 Australia P: 03 8823 1140 Still lost? more information on our exhibition, oh and I’m doing a seminar on Saturday in Melbs too…
