A colourful morning down at Bondi.
We’ve got waves, offshore winds, pro surfers, people dressed in fluoro and TV celebrity chefs. Never a dull moment down there.
The waves look tasty. 3-4 foot. Bigger tomorrow afternoon (Sat) but the wind will kick up with it.
If you’re wondering what’s with all the fluoro dressing up craziness today, ONE WAVE (is all it takes) is a non-profit community of surfers that is taking on depression. Every Friday they meet for their “Board Meeting” and go surfing and basically have a good time (in some odd get up). You can follow them on Insty @onewaveisallittakes or Facey @ONLYONEWAVE. The ringleader is Grant Ellis and he’s a good positive bloke.
