I was surprised to see it even breaking this morning as the rest of the beach was flat like a lake. Get used to it kids, as this whole week looks pretty dry on the swell front….nothing much above your knee caps.
If you are a very motivated, hypo, early morning type person you would have scored 1, maybe 2 waves on your log around 7am. They could have been a wake from a large boat passing ‘cause when I rode past a minute ago it was flat again.
Yesterday I donned the goggles and swam around the mighty fine chunk of sand in the southern corner. What a beautiful piece of work that is. I say we glue that bank down right where it is – ‘cause its real good.. The deep gutter off to the side allows waves to break ‘properly’ and not close out. Who would’ve thought that was possible at Bondi eh?
A new electric bike shop has just opened up along Campbell Parade. So if you’re having trouble getting up the Bondi Road hill I suggest some assistance.
Enjoy your week :: uge

The pic of the man falling from the clouds is insane….
I have been trying to work out what the heck is going on in the shot ‘checking out the salubrious bank’. Did he jump off a boat, a wave. Is he in the water, above it. An amazing moment, an amazing shot. Missing my early morning swims at Bondi. With love from Mexico
Mexico hey…thanks for tuning in.
It’s just a guy diving under a wave – that’s all! easy…uge
‘the man faling from the cloud’… Drew, what are you smoking!?
