Not really spinnin’ my wheels out there this morning. 0.5ft – 1 footers and crowded. Recipe for disaster. Wear a stack hat.
Glorious weather though, 28 degrees today and summery NE winds all day – well, before a late South change which will ruin this pretty picture providing rain all weekend. Yep. Rain all weekend. Go to the beach now and enjoy a swim before the grey arrives.
Art Sydney 2009 is on this weekend
Seeing there are NO waves forecasted all weekend (sub 1 footers – yawn), and it’s going to be raining, how about diversifying your interests into a bit of culture – heathens. Art Sydney is a huge art fair at Fox Studios Entertainment quarter, where 80 galleries are showing their works – and havin’ a look around last night, some great stuff. Aquabumps Gallery has some prime real estate near the front door (stand G3) and we’d love you to come see. If you buy any acrylics from us over the weekend (only AT the show not the gallery) we’ll give you 10% off, just to make the deal a little sweeter (but you’ll have to say you’re a reader and saw this). Note: this doesn’t include any white wooden frames, only acrylics. See website (note, it’s open until 9pm tonight)
Swell will return on Monday and with force. 13-15 seconds, SE swell (but with flanking onshore winds). Surf a protected corner on Monday (Manly).
Have a great weekend :: Uge
That’s not switchfoot – Alex is a natural footer
Oh, OK. He must have been swinging back around from reverse foot then. I have a sequence of him spinnin
I was at Art Sydney last night – your stand looks great, definitely a crowd-puller!
Many thanks Sneha…
Heathens???
Pfffffft!
Runners:)
Alex Kiss is definitely a natural footer!
Tho’ with his long Hungarian arms and his crazy windmill style it is often hard to tell if he’s spinnin’or surfing….
On ya Floyd Boy!
