That inbound swell we talked about arrived last night. At 5pm South Bondi started to show some promise (not bad seeing it was flat in the morning). Even bigger this morning and more consistent (3-4 foot range). But it just doesn’t seem to breaking right. Some close out, some stay fat, some don’t even break and surge up on the beach. So totally random but worth a surf. Low tide 10:30am, high tide 5am and 5:15pm. The walk back up the hill this morning was tortuous – call me a wuss. There’s some sub arctic conditions out there at sunrise. (6 degrees)
Perusing the swell charts for the week, there is a lot to get excited about. Dead South swell ALL week. Offshore ALL week. What…13 second period on Thursday…oh my… AND sunny conditions. I would say work hard today as you may need to call a RDO this week.

After Sunday’s street party it has become apparent that the Aquabumps readers are drinkers. Yes. Booze hags. People like Cakey, who wore a kids nurses outfit to the party – you have a problem and should ignore this promotion. Winemarket.com.au are giving Aquabumps readers $30 vouchers…click here to redeem.
uge uge uge,
Love your work. Just need to avoid those cliches such as “so totally random”…makes me cringe!
Keen to do a ments trip on Tengirri based on your recommendation. My experience to date has found that the ‘Freedom’ surf charters offer super fast boats and amazing food…you should give them a run next time round.
WA had great waves everywhere all last week. This week is flat unless downsouth or up in the desert.
Thanks mate!

Thanks LM, (I think)
Guess you misread my tone. was more like “So, totally random…” not like the little punks on the street with skateys and strange hair. Tengrirri are one of my clients and I think their operation is fantastic (wouldn’t endorse them otherwise). I know all about Freedom. Personal choice really. I like tengirri. Freedom do have a nice new boat though.
