These hot nights make for a crappy night’s sleep – hence I was up for the early. Looking at most eastern suburbs beaches pre-dawn, I didn’t find much. Maroubra had a little weak 2 foot wave, nice and clean and glassy, Bondi was 1 foot dormant and good for beginners…swell is from the ENE, so surf something exposed to that direction. Not great swell prospects, it actually getting smaller – but how about this weather! glorious and 27 fat degrees. Enjoy kids ’cause the claws of winter aren’t that far away. Later:: uge
