Sadly a 2.8 metre Grey Nurse Shark (critically endangered species and not known to be dangerous) got stuck in the protective nets off Bondi and didn’t survive. The net boys hauled the big mutha into the boat around 8:10am this morning after the fish was stuck for around 24 hrs.

Swell backed right off slipping into 2 foot mode. It appeared very wobbly early… but as the day progresses it’s getting neater. NE winds all day, 5:20am high tide, 11:50am low tide, water warm 20, max 25 on land today. Smaller tomorrow but swell returns on Saturday.
