Slept in slightly (well to 6:50am) and missed the sunrise. Of course it just happened to be one of the best this year (so I’ve been told by numerous people – thanks for rubbing it in). By the time I got down there it was smeared with grey clouds and starting to spit. Well it seems you guys just want to see pictures of girlies in rafts anyway (kiddin ok). On that, we’re edging close to 50,000 unique people looking at this link – http://photos.aquabumps.com/lynx/index.html – in 3.5 days! There is no advertising on that link, so there is no benefit to me don’t worry…just cracks me up on how far you can push things on the web.
I digress.
Didn’t miss anything in the surf department whilst having a lie in – that’s for sure. It’s like sub 1 foot, and um…kinda boring. No waves, no rafts, no sunshine…but how about maximum temp of a muggy 28 degrees. Forecast – flat this weekend. Next Tuesday you’ll see a spike and the rest of the week is actually looking ok. I will be in sunny Fiji and hopefully doing some reports from there…have fun.
The Aquabumps Gallery is still open all weekend 10am to 4pm, and next week Wed to Friday 10am to 5pm. 98 Brighton Boulevard, North Bondi. Since you won’t be surfing, might as well come see some waves above and below the surface. more
