Sometimes the planets seem to line up… Alleluia. After motoring all night we’ve anchored at a 6 foot heavy reeling right hander (8 foot sets). The Sun was out (finally), and the winds were pretty much non existent. This wave freight trains along deep reef throwing a thick lip towards the inner section. Probably one of the heavier waves up here. It’s a common sight to see victims gasping for air after lengthy hold downs…1 hour later and a volatile storm ruins our playground and everyone is back on their boats in search of a sheltered cove. The weather is so unpredictable. Mental.
Hope Bondi is pumping. Later, ::uge
